Graphics card dying?

Recently been having issues with when i start game my pc retstarts of artifacts pop up and crash or even the screen goes black and the game cant be seen
The error i get it :
Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
or
The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\UVMLiteProcess2
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x410870=0xffffffff
Currently have GTX 660 2gb
 
Have you:
Updated drivers?
Re-installed the drivers? (Use the advanced options, clean install)
Run MemTest x86 to check for bad system memory?
Confirmed the power supply is in good working order? (ie try another power supply, or remove the GPU and see if the issue persists(if your CPU has video output capability)
Just tried removing and re-inserting the GPU?
 


Ive done it all beside try a new power supply since im saving some money to buy a 960 and a new psu but just want to make sure that isthe issue since i replaced my harddrive before thinking that was it but now i assumed it might be the psu or gpu so im just replacing both
 


to me that seem like a hassle as i just got a fresh install of windows from getting my new hard drive Thanks tho
