Graphics card error 43

I've just changed to windows 10 (system previously worked fine), I have updated drivers, I have update bios, I have uninstalled and re-installed card, swapped cards and nothing seems to work for my second pcie slot comes up with error 43. When I first uninstall re install the 560ti(PhysX second card) works fine but shortly come up with error.

Asus motherboard p8z77-V LX
16gb ram
3770 i7 cpu
gtx970 and 560ti

Have you tried using DDU? Though in my case (error 43) usually installing the driver will solve the problem.

yes I have done this, even when I swap cards it seems to just be the second pcie slolt (560ti works fine in top slot) I'm assuming that particular slot is not functioning but it only occurred when I upgraded to windows 10.

Probably windows 10 specific problem? Better make direct report to Asus.
