Graphics Card Fans Not Working

Hi
I recently bought parts for and assembled a PC. I do not have much knowledge about computers but my pc seems to be running well apart from whenever I go on a game my monitor goes dark and says that nothing is connected to it. I don't think that it is a problem on the monitors end but I suspect the graphics card is overheating as the fans on it never spin. I have a Radeon RX 480 8GB. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

By the sounds of things you have bought a dodgy card.

Potentially with a dodgy BIOS have been flashed onto it.

You're either going to end up having to return it or purchase a new one.
