Graphics card for Dell Vostro 220

I would like to add a graphics card to my old 2008 Dell vostro 220. I do not use it for games but mainly for photo processing. The only reason I want a card is to be able to connect my HD monitor using a HDMI cable and add a second monitor at a later date using the dvi outlet or a second HDMI outlet if there are cards with 2 HDMI connections.
I have been looking at Asus GT610 Carte Graphique Nvidia GT610 2 Go PCI-Express.
Not sure if it will work, price is right.
My system 300w PS. Motherboard Dell G45M03, CPU dual core 2.2htz, SSD, HDD1To, HDD256, Vista 32 bit.
All help and ideas will be appreciated.

Do you have the minitower or the slim 220?

It would be the mini tower. there is a PCI- e x16 slot that is free and 2 PCI slots free as well.

have bought and installed the Asus GT610-Sl-GD3 and it works just fine. havent blowen up the PS and my HD moniter is working well. very happy with the results.
