I'm going to be purchasing a new motherboard (old one died) Asus Z170, with 3200 mhz memory, and a Samsung Pro 950.
Was wondering if it was worth upgrading my video card which is the:
PowerColor Radeon HD 5750

My monitor is the Samsung 275T that is capable of 1920 x 1200. Monitor is 8 years old.

Question is it worth upgrading to:
1. Nvidia 1060 or AMD 480
2. Stick to my five year old card until monitor dies and then upgrade card
3. Scrap the video card and use the onboard video on the motherboard.
