I had to sell my last graphics card. Now I want to buy a graphics card that can make new games look presentable in a stream. I'm thinking about streaming GTAV, MKX, Witcher 3 etc.
Here's my build:

-Mother board
ASUS H87-PRO

-Ram
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)

-Possessor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz

-Windows
8.1 64-bit

-Power supply
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus - 600W Power
I got a 200$ budget but I want to spend as little as possible. I'm willing to buy used items.

I was thinking of buying about buying one these:

-Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X (GV-R927XOC-2GD)
-HIS Radeon R9 270 2GB
-XFX Double Dissipation R9 280 3GB
-Asus Strix Radeon R7 370 OC 4GB

But I don't know anything about graphics card.

Thanks for your help!

Solution
I sayy get the R9 280.Check if it has Ausus STRX Edition version though, because I whouldn't use the XFX.AMD products are all over the place, some older somes seem worst, but they sometimes perform better.I recommend getting a decent cooler (as Cooler Master EVO 210) and overclock the CPU.You can also overclock the GPU.
