Graphics card fried?

I Spilled a small amount of water on my gpu while eating up my new monitors. The fans still spin but when I turn on my pc it beeps 5 times and the monitors say no signal. Is my gpu fried or is it my monitors? Also how would u fix this?

If you spilled water over GPU, why would your monitor fail? Unless you spilled water on monitor as well.

Yeah certainly sounds like that GPU is dead - If its still under warranty you could try RMAing it (obviously dont mention the water spillage).
