Please let me know the best graphics card supported for my motherboard Gigabyte 945gzm-s2.( CPU: Core2Duo 2Ghz)

I am planning to buy Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1 GB DDR 783 MHz GPU.

I need it for gaming purpose.

Please let me know whether this card is compatible or not with my configuration.
If not please suggest me good one.
