Graphics Card GTX 1060 or 1070 ?

Hi,
I wanna buy a graphics card for gaming (specially GTA 5). which will be better for my PC? GTX 1060 or 1070?
My PC configuration:
MoBo: ASUS B150 -A
CPU : i7 6700 (non K)
Cooling: Default
RAM: 16GB (2x8),2400 BUS, GSKILL
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 530W

Graphics card budget: approximately 400usd.

save some more money, you are going to need a new power supply as well

You can run either , but with your budget go with the 1070.

There are a lot worse on the market , but it can run either card , just upgrade to a better unit when you can.
