Well with a 500W PSU, you won't be running any Crossfire or SLI setups so we'll focus on just the one card. Since you will only be using one card, this is by far the best bang for your buck:
Powercolor Radeon PCS Radeon HD 7870XT (HD 7930) 2GB - $190 (-$30 mail-in-rebate)
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=79571&vpn=AX7870%202GBD5-2DHP&manufacture=PowerColor&promoid=1089
I have found that this card works perfectly on its own but does not like crossfire one little bit. Nevertheless, it is a phenomenal price and I highly recommend it to someone with a 500W PSU. I'm Canadian too and I bought one of my HD 7970s from NCIX. With this card, you'll definitely be good to go. The two free games from AMD don't hurt either. LOL

Max budget- $250CDN max, Games- Cubeworld, minecraft, terraria, games like that. but also saints row. Resolution- above 720p, Antialias filters- i dont know... and what do you mean by, "multiple-gpu config in the future"??

I mean if you will add a extra GPU in the future to improve performance and computing capabilities.

This is a solid option: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125475

oh, ok. well if its needed i will, and i agree... does my Hard drive have anything to do with it??? if so, it says 1.5 TB...

ummmm... slight problem... im on my laptop and my graphics card is busted, thats why i was asking... any other way to do it?
