graphics card help !

i wanted to buy a gpu but i am confused between gtx 960 strix and r9 380 strix dcu2 but it is currently not available here so should i buy 960 or wait for the 380 ? and also is there any point buying gtx 670 today ? its kinda old so ? my cpu will be i3 4150
