Hi, i have a lenovo idea pad p500 with an i7 and 8GB of ram, i was wondering if i could have some kinda external graphics card using a pci-e port or having the disc/dvd drive removed and puting or using that conection for a GPU? and also cutting a hole in the case is not a problem for me.

Unfortunately there is no way to install an external GPU on Ideapad P500.
The only possible laptop that I'm aware of is the Y series from Lenovo with its Ultrabay option, or better listed here.
