[SOLVED] Graphics Card is acting up, thinking of getting a new one?

Ok so my current GPU is not really working so in planning on getting a new one. All my other components are working well so I'm not planning on changing them for a while more. Basically in 3 weeks I'll most likely have ≈$198.22 and if I wait another two weeks I might have around $420. The amount might be slightly higher since my birthday is near but idk. My current specs are:
GPU: MSI Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Ram: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3200 8x2gb
Power Supply: EVGA 650w
Motherboard: MSI B450 a-pro
HDD: 1TB Toshiba DT01ACA100 ATA Device
I'm not sure which GPU to get or if I should wait longer for a pricier one but any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend to upgrade into a 2060 or 1070TI if you are aiming for a 1080p.

I'd be ok with 1080p and 2k would be good if possible.

Can you afford the RTX 2060 SUPER GPU, or even the RTX 2070 SUPER ?
