I decided to water cool my computer. Everything went well and everything worked. After around a month my computer would not turn on, I found out that the problem was with the motherboard. I replaced the motherboard and put everything back together. Now the graphic card, which are gtx 780 sli are not being detected. The motherboard is an Asus z97 pro. I have tried reseating the graphic cards, which did not work. I have also tried updating the software for the graphic cards, but it GeForce Experience said "NVIDIA GeForce Experience requres an NVIDIA GPU". I do not have another graphics card to test the PCIE port on the motherboard. I plan on taking everthing apart, and getting a replacement for the motherboard during the summer when i have more time. If that does not work ill replace the GPUs. I figured that I should start with the motherboard. The reason for this is because the the graphic card are in SLI, so I figured that it is more likely that it is the motherboard, and not both graphic cards. I was wondering what else i could try.

The system is water cooled. Because of this, the graphics cards are connected. Because of this it will be hard for me to separate the graphics card. I am also not sure that i have all the screws for the original gpu block.
