Hello, iv been using my RX 5600xt for a bit now and just recently iv started experiencing some problems with it.
ill be watching a Youtube video and all of a sudden the screen freezes but i still hear the audio of the video and after like 15 seconds my monitor stops displaying the image it froze on. And when i restart my computer my gpu doesnt show in task manager and windows does even recognize it so i have to go to device manager and re-enable the gpu and restart my pc for it to work. Any fixes?

Yeah, I have something that you can try.

1) Download DDU from Guru3D.
2) Watch this video:
3) Install DDU and follow Fabio's instructions.

If that doesn't fix the problem, then your card is probably dying.
it also happens with youtube videos btw everything else works as expected

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Gpu: AMD RX 5600-XT
Mobo: steel legend asrock b450m
ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB
PSU: Seasonic S12III 500 SSR-500GB3 500W

i just tried this and still same issue. Also im able to watch some videos completely fine but just specific ones they just crash

Indeed. That PSU is not a very good quality unit.

Although, Seasonic does make good PSUs, I remember when a similar S12II/M12II PSU model was used recently on some of the new gen GPUs/systems, since they are both old units, they weren't built to the same standard as what units are today, and were causing lot of issues. And they obviously lacked a lot of modern safety features as well.

Even the S12III series are not good either, despite utilizing the 'LLC resonant converter' design, and made by a lower end third party manufacturer, RSY (Rui Sheng Yuan). Although it used a newer DC-to-DC conversion instead of the old group regulated design of the S12II model.

S12II was a group regulated PSU, so it also couldn't output its full power on the 12V rail and the 12V/5V rails, meaning during crossload the 5V rail or the 12V rail could get quite ugly, or even go out of spec.

Certain models had missing UVP protections as well, making the group regulated flaws even worse.

I just figured something. The issue only happens when i watch youtube videos in fullscreen. I switched monitors yesterday and right after I switched was when the issue started happening. Maybe it was just prefect timing or that may be a factor.
