I just built my new pc and everkthing is working great including the graphics card, except for the fact that the LEDS do not light up.

MY rig:
I7 6700k
H100i v2
MSI gtx 1070
16GB ram
750W corsair power supply
Asus Z170 Mobo
Windows 10

Any ways my graphics card is on and functions except that the "GEFORCE GTX" Logo on the card does not light up green like it should. I already tried the Geforce experience LED visualizer but it doesn't exist on the newest program. I cant figure out how to fix this can someone please help? Also on the back of my case where the I/O shield is there are 4 HDMi ports for my graphics card and only 1 hdmi works, an hdmi cord can only fit in the 3rd slot but no the other 3. Maybe I didn't connect it to the board properly or fit it in right? Pls help?

Solution
I would make sure you have the PCI-E cables on the PSU and the graphics card. Other than that there's a chance you have a faulty graphics card.
