Looks exactly like the one on Newegg to me. I don't see any evidence that there is anything modified, or questionable, about the way it looks. Now, whether it WORKS and has nothing wrong with it, is an entirely different story. But judging by it's appearance, looks as real as can be.

thank you all for the help so far, there are a few others priced around 150-180$ so maybe they're real just seemed off for that price i know they were going for around 230 last time i saw
