graphics card messed up??

so i got a new gpu for my computer, a msi gtx 970. and im experiencing stuttering ingame at all games i tried so far, bf4, farcry4, cod, skyrim, csgo even though i have high fps all the time. sometimes a few seconds between stuttering sometimes longer it depends what im doing usually. it likes freezes really quick for less than a second, but it gets very annoying. in cs go 200+ fps all the time, still stuttering. also when im watching twitch streams after a while my computer freezes up completely + sound gets messed up and repeats have to restart it for it to work again.

any ideas what could be wrong? tried to reinstall the latest gpu drivers still same problems..

Try the GPU on a friends rig and see if the problem persists on your friends rig aswell.

Please don't use profanity here when asking for help, we are not all young kids here with a limited high school vocabulary. We get your problems as you present them, just saying.............perhaps coming across like that asking for help could result in this thread being ignored, and you would be SOL, sure you know what that means.
