Yesterday my little brother updated his driver through geforce experience which led to him getting horrible fps in game so he tried some stuff he found on the internet that people recommended, which he most likely did not do right, however the stuff i have tried has not worked either. He said it was because of updating his driver but im not sure thats the problem, when i go into device manager you cant see his graphics card or the display adapter section at all. Some things i have tried are uninstalling the driver with DDU and the reinstalling them but when i try to reinstall them it fails to install the graphics driver and re seating the gpu which im pretty sure wasnt going to do anything, and it didnt. Any help would much appreciated.

And the power supply?

Have you tried an older version of the drivers?

If the PC isn't seeing the GPU at *all* now, there's a very real chance that there's a fairly severe problem that drivers won't fix. What is the "stuff" he tried and the "stuff" you tried?

the power supply is a 650w evga power supply. The computer is recognizing the GPU but i cannot install the drivers for it at all, every time it gets to the graphics drivers it fails.

See my post above. You need to update windows to the newest version (windows update) before you can install the latest nvidia drivers.

I am updating now, thx for the suggestion.
