Question Graphics card not compatible with uefi

Hello I have a rather decent build but there's an error that will not let me go into the bios

My build
Asus strix rtx 2080ti
Asus crosshair viii hero Mobo
32 gb of trident z neo ddr4 ram at 3600 MHz
Ryzen 3900x

When I boot my computer I'm met with a post screen that has an error at the bottom saying this vga is not compatible or supported (I forget which one) by uefi and I don't know what to do some help would be appreciated thank you

Solved i completely ignored the USB over current device error and found out it was just a bad USB c port everything worked after I unplugged that cable

Maybe try booting in LEGACY Mode instead, assuming the board supports this feature ?

The issu is I can't move past this screen

The problem with that is I can't even get into bios to set it to legacy mode I'm just left at a post screen

Okay. Have you also tried to reset and clear all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default values as well ?

I've cleared the cmos via the button on my motherboard and I still can't get into bios my motherboard shows error code 55 which means "memory not installed" so I tried reseating ram and reconnecting my drives and no progress is it possible I have a bad mobo
