Recently I decided to strip my PC down and give it a good cleaning. After doing that I put it back together the exact same way with the only change being a little different fan placement. After plugging everything in and turning it on i didn't get any display from my GPU. I figured I must have a loose cable somewhere so I went through and double checked to make sure everything was properly plugged in then restarted.
Once again, no display from my GPU. Thought maybe my monitor was being wacky so I tested that with my PS4 and it's working just fine. Finally I decided to try and use the integrated graphics on my motherboard and I finally got display. Once booted up, I opened device manager only to see that my GPU isn't even being registered as a device but only the integrated graphics.
