Graphics card not running as fast as it should?

I have a and r9 270x and it runs terribly on lots of game. I run them all in low settings because I love fps over looks. But when I do research on the speed of the graphics card it's running battlefield 4 on high at 120 fps. The game I notice this most is dirty bomb. So is dirty bomb just hard to run? Or is battlefield 4 just easy to run?

-Amd A8 6600k (quad core amd processor)
-amd Radeon r9 270x (from visiontek) 2gb DDR5
-1tb of storage
-8gb ripjaw X ram (DDR 4? I think?)
-asrock fm2 A88x extreme 4+

bf4 is well optimized now, and likes multi core cpu's



in cpu bound situations ( like crappy beta games ) your low end cpu will be the limiter
