Graphics card not running properly! Help please!

A recently updated my from a AMD Radeon 7790 to a Nvidia gtx 770 super clocked. The card is running worse frame rates then the 7790, in league of legends on low setting i can only get 45-50 fps and on max 25-30 frames. I installed the latest drivers, and the card runs around 30 degrees Celsius in game. (according to Evga precisionX) Any suggestions on what i can do?

PC setup:

Cpu: Intel i5 4670k 3.ghz
Psu: Corsair TX 650w
Ram: 8gb corsair vengence
Motheboard: Asus Z87-A
