Graphics card not showing in UEFI/BIOS OR Device Manager in Windows 10

Hey peeps as the title states the GTX 1060 3gb does not show in the bios/UEFI nor does it show in device manager I have tried using the driver downloaded from Nvidia themselves but it also states that it cannot find compatible hardware the little led next to the 6pin lights up but I just get no signal I have also tried clearing the CMOS too and also I could not find a way to switch between UEFI and bios if that's possible on mobo Asrock h61m hds all cable are difinitely plugged in too lol any help much appreciated

Oh my bios mode is in legacy only should I try changing to UEFI only? I'm really confused the fans are spinning there's no orange light to indicate a problem with the card or anything it just doesn't show
