[SOLVED] Graphics card not showing up in Device manager

So I installed a zotac GT740 LP....my device manager doesnt recognize its even plugged in....i downloaded the win 10 drivers and it says its not compatible with win10 even though its a win 10 driver....?????? When i plugged it up it didnt even auto detect the drivers. Can someone please help.....i have a Asus CM6850 running win 10.

On the ZOTAC product page for the GT 740 Windows 10 is listed as a supported version of Windows, so OS compatibility isn't the issue here. It even supports Windows all the way back to XP (https://www.zotac.com/product/graphics_card/gt-740-lp#spec). I'm assuming you're using a 64-bit version of Windows 10.

But if the GPU isn't displayed by Device Manager, how are you using it for video...

But if the GPU isn't displayed by Device Manager, how are you using it for video display? I assume you have your monitor connected to the GT 740 right now and you're using the PC normally?
