Graphics card not showing up in task manager

Hey everyone,
My graphics card isn't showing up in task manager. Is it not installed correctly? Also, all games are running like <language edit>. Please, any advice is appreciated.

mobo- z170 msi
gfx- 1070 geforce
cpu- 6700k skylake
ram- 2x8 GB Anarchy ram
PSU- 600W Silver EVGA

Is the monitor cable plugged into the graphics card at the back of the PC? (not the motherboard near where the usb ports are)?

You could try a driver uninstall/reinstall to start with, if that doesn't work shut down and carefully remove the card/reinstall it double checking it's seated properly in the slow and power connections are firmly installed and connected properly to the psu.
