Question graphics card not working properly

So I got a Redeon RX 580 about a week ago and it worked perfectly fine, games were performing well getting 60fps on high and ultra settings. Untill today when i started my computer and all my games coundnt get above 15fps on those setting and struggled to get over 40fps on low settings. When running the game task manager said the gpu was at 100%. The card wasnt overheating or anything and ive checked if the drivers were updated. Can anyone lend me a hand?
