im new here and to gaming , brought out an old pc because a friend and i are trying to play league of legends together since he moved away.
i can play it okay at low to medium settings.maybe 50fps
minor lag
my question is will upgrading ram (planing on buying a 4gb ram)help
andIf i need a graphics card,
what kind of graphics card should i get,
my budget is roughly $150.

The way I see it; this CPU is comparable to a Core 2 Quad 9650 and if that's really the case then I wouldn't put anything beyond GTX750Ti and GT1030 in that thing.

If you can find one; then either a 750Ti or a 650Ti Boost will go nicely with that CPU and won't cost more than $50 (Used). No point throwing a 1050 or even 950 with that.
