Graphics card or proccessor

specs: 8gb of ram
GeForce 730 4gb graphics card (ddr3)
amd fx 4300
asrock mobo Phenom II Dual channel ddr3 1800
22 inch hp pavillon
usually game at 1080p however it lags a lot

I was wondering if i should get a new higher end fx proccessor or either a Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti Strix OC 4GB GDDR5 or the Asus ROG Mars Dual GPU GeForce GTX 760 4GB GDDR5. I was hoping this will make games like gta v run at about 60 fps or are there any better suggestions out there , sorry a newbie
my budget is around the price of those graphics cards so any help appreciated

GPU your CPU is ok, and you can upgrade that at a later time
