Question Graphics Card Overheating Situation

Graphics card was in a computer that had no fans for 2 months the fans on the GPU were working could the graphics card be under preforming due to this? like maybe it got damaged or something? (Wasnt sure to post this in cooling or gpu so forgive me if its the wrong thread thank you)

The screen never crashed or had graphical errors or anything like that.
