[SOLVED] Graphics card problems

Hi I have a rx570 4 gb and a rx 580 8gb the problem with the 570 is it's detected by the computer but the radeon program pops up saying no graphics card detected and says it needs open gl 2.0 or later I open up gpuz and the card is there with it's info but no memory info or temp .. fan.. that's what is wrong with that one I have tried installing old driver's and new ones and flashing it but nothing..and the rx580. The same but when installing the driver on win 7 it will go all the way threw but when restarting it gets bsod and on win 10 the same

Used gpuZ and shows no info


Using old stuff to build a rig it is
Psu.. corsair 500W
Ram..4gb ddr3
Processor..dual core 3.0ghz
Motherboard.. gigabyte

Took it to a shop with newer parts and the same thing it can't be the psu or board

Looks like you need to install the driver for that card.

You said that it was detected by the computer - where are you seeing that?

still waiting to know what the model of the psu
probably need to replace that with a good psu

I installed the driver and previous drivers and showed up but the GPU clock and memory stay at 0 and the temp and fan speed they then the next day no video at all so I took to a different tech shop and he said it needed reballing that's why no video and said it didn't let it process the memory..temp..GPU clock..fan speed

If you have to consider reballing (assuming the process would fix it) I would just dump the card and get a new one.
