I have a ram and graphic card in my old laptop so if I remove them and put them in the desktop will it work ?
The ram is 8gb
Graphic card is the recommended one

You can't take a video card from a laptop and install into a desktop system (or the other way around).

Yes, you need a 64-bit OS. You can use the same product key with the same Windows version for both 32-bit and 64-bit installations. You can't just upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit, you must perform a full, clean install.
