Graphics card shuts down

When I try to boot my computer, everything works except when my monitor doesn't receive an hdmi signal from my graphics card, the fans on it stop spinning.

Specs:
Ryzen 3 1200
Asrock AB350 Pro4
EVGA FTW GTX 1050 Ti

Does anyone have any answer to this problem? It would be appreciated.

It's called Stop-fan technology its perfectly fine. If your card starts overheating during gaming and the fans still aren't on, come back and let us know.


The number of "my fans don't spin on boot" posts is TOO DAMN HIGH!

If the fans aren't spinning and the GPU is still displaying its fine. Like he said if it does it under an actual load like a game, thats a problem.
