Hello. I have a question regarding a new graphics card I just bought last week and received today. I bought a EVGA Geforce GT 730 64 bit 2 gb DDR3 PCI express 2.0 card. The problem I have run into is that my PCI express x16 slot on my motherboard seems too be to large for the graphics card. The graphics card only takes up about half of the slot when inserted. It isn't displaying anything when I turn on my PC. I am using a HDMI connection from the video card. Is there anyway I can make this card work with my motherboard? Here is links to my motherboard and video card. Thank you helping if you do.

So I am at the option to change my pci setting in bios. But it has the option for pci-ex1 and pci-ex16. Which would I select?

Well maybe I'm not getting it connected into too the slot enough, I can't get it to display. But from what you guys have told me it should work which is confusing as to why it wont.

Not sure of the cables you're talking about. All I have plugged into the card is a hdmi cord that works.

Yep, it's all secure. I am starting to lean toward returning the card. Seems like it's just not meant to work...
