[SOLVED] Graphics card unable to run 3D games.

A few days ago I had a red screen of death. I had fixed this problem by removing my GPU, cleaning it, and putting it back in. (I did not damage it during the cleaning).
Now, games crash after 5-10 minutes of gameplay, and heavier games crash almost instantly. I don't suffer from crashes on 2D games.

My specs are:
PSU: 600 Watts
GPU: Nvidia Geforce gtx 750 ti
CPU: i5-6400 2.70GHz
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

My computer is almost 4 years old.
Strangely enough, I was thinking about replacing my GPU, so it might be alive, and it probably heard me. Probably decided to commit seppuku.

I will appreciate any help!
P.S: If I have to replace my GPU, I will do so, but I want to know wether I can fix this problem or not.

Solution
Check to see what your graphic card temps are like when it crashes.
See if you can borrow a similar or more powerful card from a friend for testing purposes or see if you can test your GTX 750Ti in their computer.

If their card crashes in your computer as well, then there's something else wrong. If your card crashes in their computer as well, then almost certainly, your card is fried.
