Graphics Card Under 80W for Computer

I did the calculations, I know my parts will NEVER use this much power, but better be safe then sorry.

Case Fan - 2W
Safety Zone - 20W

All together - ~138.7W
Power Supply - 220W
Safe Extra for Graphics Card - 79.3W

I need a graphics card that uses under 80W at MAX. Can someone please help me? Also can it be under $50 and be connected by PCI-e x16 at most.

Team fortress 2 and other source engine light games.

Is this graphics card low-profile, and can it work on SFFs?

the GT 730 isn't low profile but its a great card for the price in compassion to what you just linked. In terms of the power draw, the 5450 is fine, just look up some benchmarks for the games you intend on playing.
