Hey guys I was thinking about upgrading my graphics card so I can play some of the new games that have released so I have a couple of questions. So I'm looking for a graphics card that would be able to let's say play AC Unity at max settings what graphics card should I be looking for? When I do upgrade my graphics card how to do I actually do it? When I get my new graphics card can I still use my old one alongside the new one? Finally I wanted to play the new Dragon Age but my graphics card isn't good enough for the recommended but for minimal specs would I be able to play the game without many problems? Thanks for you time. Specs GTX 750, i7-4770, 8Gb Ram and 1TB HD.

You posted only a few of them which is what I was trying to avoid. It seems from the specs provided you have a higher end machine.

You can either SLI your 750 or upgrade to something better.
(SLI/Crossfire = multiple GPUs)

Depending on what you do you need to check to make sure your PSU can support your upgrades and obviously if your upgrades are compatible with your current build.

How would I go about checking if my PSU could manage both graphics cards? Also is installing another one as simple as putting the driver disk in and plugging it into the mother board?

Look at the wattage of your PSU.
I think you should do a bit of research before upgrading/handling a PC. Anyone can give you the answers on a forum, but if you want to avoid losing hundreds of dollars I would do a bit of research.
