Graphics Card Upgrade

I have an AMD A8 6500 Apu with Radeon on my PC . Can I change it with Radeon R7 240 or 250..!
Please help me. Thank you..!

if you mobo/psu will allow it a r7 250 is better than a r7 240. If it has a radeon already in it may power it but no one can be sure because we need to know the wattage.

That's a pretty weak PSU... Any chance of upgrading it?

Also, on the back of your PC, can you tell if the expansion slot for the PCIe X16 slot is full height, double- width, ect?

PSU is kinda weak at only 180w, but should be OK as the r7 250 doesn't require supplementary power. I'd estimate somewhere around 130w under full load, thats quite a load for a unknown quality 180w external PSU so it may reduce it's lifespan.

Thank you for helping Im really appreciated. I have changed the power to 500 watt. And I will try also upgrade the

No the PSU changed first because the HP n power was weak. ATK repairman has changed it.
I m not sure does it works at my HP If I purchase R7 or some better than my driver. I have no ideas about these at all.!
Now power is 500 W. I will be very happy If you could tell me by checking HP machine that what kind of driver I need.

The new power supply was certainly needed, and here's how driver work:
When you get a new graphics card, you must do a clean install of the drivers, which will remove all old drivers and replace them with the new one. Only certain drivers work with certain cards. They're free and can be downloaded and installed whenever. To get your drivers, you will need to go to the cards chip set manufacturers website, search for your card, and download its drivers. Once the drivers are installed, power down your PC and install the card.
