[SOLVED] Graphics card usage suddenly drops for 10 seconds

Hello friends, I have been experiencing a sudden drop in video card usage and as a result FPS drop in various games (Apex Legends, Escape from Tarkov) that I have played for about 1 year. It only happens for 10 seconds and then it goes back to normal, but it happens all the time. I don't think it's because of the temperature because the fans are running at full speed and the temperature reaches a maximum of 65 degrees. What do you think is the problem?

System: HyperX DDR3 20GB Ram, MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2G, FX-8350

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)? History of heavy gaming use?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Before gaming open the Resource Monitor window. Observe system performance. Ensure that the system is stable without any FPS drops.

Leave the Resource Monitor window open and move the window to where you can continue to observe.

Open the game(s) and play as normal. Watch for what changes in Resource Monitor when FPS drops.

You can use Task Manager in much the same manner. However, only use one tool (either Resource Monitor or Task Manager) at a time.

It may take a bit of time and effort to "focus in" the tool on a potential culprit.

I watched the resource monitor a bit then I saw that CPU's blue line which is maximum frequency I think is randomly drops down %50 from %100. So most probably at that moment GPU having some bottleneck issue. But I don't get why that happen so randomly.

I solved the problem. Downloaded Park Control and disabled all parkings for CPU now everything is fine.
