Question Graphics Card With CPU Combination?

You really should try to afford a CPU upgrade. That board supports gen 6 and gen 7 Intel Core CPU's, and they aren't very expensive on the used market. An i7 6700 or 7700, is going to be vast improvement over a Pentium.
Yes am already looking for I7 7700K . K or Normal I7 7700 is better? K means its Integrated Graphics if am using GIT1650 So no need Integrated Right? because availability of K is Very Tough still searching..

An i7 7700 or 7700K would be fine with the 1650. The K means the CPU is unlocked, so it can be overclocked if you have a Z170 or Z270 motherboard. The K also has a higher base clock but in your case the 7700 is fine.

Only CPU's with the F suffix lack integrated graphics.

My only other thought is cost effectiveness, sometimes the used higher end CPU's cost almost as much as a new motherboard and CPU.
