Question Graphics card won’t align properly with the case

I have an RTX 2070 card installed in my motherboard in a NZXT H440 case, but the io where the ports are, are not aligned correctly with the case cutouts... like as if the GPU has gone up a bit. And screwing it just makes it worse as it goes higher. Here are some pictures for reference!

It’ll be appreciated if someone could help me resolve this issue, or if it is an issue at all? As maybe I could leave it like that?

The second pic is after you've lifted it up & secured it? Looks fine?

As seen in the second pic though, it’s not very well aligned and the ports are a little to the top.

The ports should be right up there, parallel with the PCIe slot bracket. It's still sagging a tiny little amount, but it looks fine to me.
