Question Graphics card works on 1 pc but no the other

I have 2 desktops at my home. First pc has 2060 super and second pc has HD 7770 2Gb. The first pc can run with either the 2060 super or the HD7770 in. But the second pc will only run with the 2060 super in. I can give more hardware details but doesn’t anyone have any idea why it will power the really good graphics card but not the <Mod Edit> one ?

Might be compatiblity issues you never know with the old cards, i too had the an Old HD 7750.

I made sure everything was compatible in pcpartpicker, but probably just unlucky :/
