Hello, I have a problem, I don’t know what’s causing it but I’ll try to explain.

I bought a PC that I builded, after we installed The OS and all the drivers I started testing games, and the problem appeared. Games have very bad graphics (blurry, foggy and greasy).
Let’s take for example the tittle “ Hell let loose”, the game is running perfect on max settings but there is not sharpness in the overall graphics, it’s like the GPU is not giving its best.. I’ve tried reinstalling the OS with all the latest drivers for the gpu, motherboard and still nothing changed.. A friend of mine told me that the problem was maybe because of the monitor, so I went out and bought 165 hz monitor (cuz I was running 70hz 🤦🏻‍♂️) but still nothing changed. I have a tiny suspicion that the PSU is not enough for the GPU( because I’ve read that this kind of GPU preferred a better PSU) . if you guys can help and tell me if changing the PSU will help I will be more than grateful
My specs are:
Intel i5 -12400F -Processor
Nvidia RTX 4060ti Eagle 8 gb - GPU
AsRock B660M Pro Rs -Motherboard
Kolink core S 700W - PSU

Samsung Odyssey G3 165hz monitor.

Can you give us some pictures to help us understand your issue?

Regardless as to whether the PSU is sufficient in wattage, it's a PSU I would be upgrading ASAP anyway. I'd upgrade the PSU even if it isn't the cause of the problem (which it could well be).

What PSU should I take?
I’ve like one but don’t know if it good or not
I will provide the pictures in a minute!

I don't know if you can notice but look at the distance how nothing is how it supposed to be, in game they are way worse..
You can't distinguish people from the environment, they literally blend with each other..

I didn't see where you listed system memory. How much do you have?

I would turn down game settings to medium and go to field of view and raise it to 90%. Make a note of where it was when you started and just go up 10% see how it runs than go up again another 10% till you hit 90%

Your GPU card is 8Gb's and you can only push card so far and Ultimate is pushing it.

On your last video the blurry you see until you zoom in is the card balancing your ultimate setting with the card giving you all it can at that setting.
But I do admit I have not see it that bad since 2004 with a Nvidia 6800GT running around in Farcry trees and plants that were not there would create themselves as you ran up to them. Back than that card only had 256 Mb's memory.

Maybe you would be happier with a RTX 4080 or just jump ship and go AMD

I’m thinking for jumping ships for sure.. The rendering don’t change at all.. doesn’t matter if I’m on Ultra or Low graphics it still renders the same.
I’m a big fan of AMD but I wanted to try Nvidia for once and I’m super disappointed..
