I am building a new PC and I won't be upgrading my system for 2 years and I need to play at 1080p at ultra-very high settings at 60+fps
So I was thinking should I go for the GTX 1070 or will the RX 580 do the job(Remember that time period is 2 yrs)
My other specs are
Ryzen 1600
16gb ram 2933 MHz
B350 Mobo

If you are dead set on not upgrading for the next 2 years, go for the 1070. The 1060 and 580 already struggle a bit in some newer games in 1080p, and that will only get worse over time. I can tell you personally, that I have a 1060 (which trades blows with the 580 in terms of gaming) and I dip below 60 in a few newer games.
