Graphics cards from ebay

I building a pc and i got allmost all parts and i need only graphic card.
I am kind of on a low on money so i can not go more than 500 bucks.
So i was planing buying graphic card in my country in some store but all things here are more expenisve for like 50 to eaven 100 dollars more.
So i wanted to buy gtx 1060 6gb Aorus or Gigabyte but i kind of wanted gtx 1070 but i did not have that much money anymore.
But than i look up on ebay and i saw some gtx 1070 founder edition for 470 dollars and 50 dollars for shipping. Guy has about 150 comments of positic feedback.
And my question how safe that is to buy from ebay and is that to low price.

I sell on ebay and I would hope that no one is dissatisfied. So yes sometimes you can get a good bargain.

If the seller says that it works, then it should work when it arrives. There should be a return policy if it does not work (ask).

Make sure that you are prepared to pay any customs or import duty on your end. Also make sure that the parcel is sent insured and with tracking.

Even if the dude says no returns, ebay always gives the buyer more privileges so you will be able to return it for a full refund. Also the dude has 100% positive feedback so I think you will be fine buying this graphics card
