Question Graphics Driver issues

Hi all, I have a Nitro 5 RTX 3060 Laptop with Intel i5 11th Gen. It was pretty fine last year. Recently It seems like my graphics driver has been crashing frequently. Now I get 30 fps max even on Valorant. And if I clean reinstall the driver it works fine. and after a few days, it starts giving 30fps again. and it's the same thing again and again like clean reinstalling the driver. After few days again and again. Can any of u guys help me, please?

You should make sure that the laptop is on the latest BIOS version. Then check to see if your OS is pending any updates. Then you need to use DDU, to remove all GPU drivers. Once done, manually reinstall with the latest drivers found off of Nvidia's support site and install in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
