I have a HD Radeon 7750 and last night I shutoff my pc like a normal person. I remember yesterday so I know nothing was wrong when I was using it yesterday. Next day I turn on my pc and nothing is showing up on the screen! Double checked the cables and that's not the problem. So i tried plugging a vga cable into mobo and that worked. Resolution was ugly and when I clicked on amd settings it said this " No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for you AMD hardware." Checked the device manager and my driver wasn't even showing up. Decided to download amd cleanup tool and download the driver. It said it installed successfully but I checked the device manager and I still didn't see my gpu. I'm still plugged in the mobo with vga. I'm on Intel HD graphics for now. What the heck is this. In bios It shows the gpu voltage and it was moving so it's still breathing right? RIGHT? 🙁

Maybe it is in your OS i think the AMD graphics driver is crashing so first of all remove the card go run the system and uninstall the driver itself and download the latest version that you can find and then put back back the card and install the driver itself. It may fixed this type of solution if still not... maybe the whole OS might be crashing itself.

And also keep me posted on this thread so that we can help you pretty much on this kind of a problem.

Try this,
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.

Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

ok I just cleaned it. going to turn off the pc and insert card hope this works.

just as I thought it only installed the manager. when I ran it again and hit uninstall, it said no components currently installed. It's not from windows updating I checked the update log. The card is on the slot correctly. I reset cmos. I think I might have done it all.
