Graphics flickering in-game

Hey guys I have a quick question. I am wondering if any of you know how to fix this issue where my screen is flickering in any game that I play on my PC. I have ruled out that it is the issue of my display as I tested it on a second monitor. Also all my GPU drivers are up-to-date. The gpu this is happening with is my MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6gb Gaming X edition. I'll upload a gif of the issue below. Thanks for the help

Edit: Also it is not the specific game because I am getting the issue on every game I play.

It's not an issue of power or temp. 750w corsair power supply and my temps are stable at 50-60 C

edit: 50-60 C under load. When I am just sitting on the menu of my games it is stable at around 40-50

your psu is sufficient indeed.i would test your card on another system if its possible.at what res are u playing btw?

Have you overclocked your GPU? If so, it could be an unstable overclock.

Playing on standard 1920x1080. Also I can't test it on another system

try down-clocking your card and see if the issue still there.and whats your full spec btw.

I did do that and it was still there.

I did do that and it was still there.

mobo: MSI m5 gaming

your spec seems good enough.if u can try your card on a different system or your friends,it might help further.
