Question Graphics Issue - Objects Vanish

Do you know what would cause this graphic issue? Look at the traffic cones on the ground, they vanish and come back as I approach/leave. This happens on nearly all moveable things in the game (even plants, grass), and on trailer tires as well. Trailers don't have tires until I pull up close to them, then they suddenly show up.

I've tried adjusting various video settings. Nothing seems to help.

I didn't have this issue until recently and I have a couple thousand hours in this game. I don't know what's changed.
