[SOLVED] Graphics issues with several games

Recently I went to my cousins', and played a game, Hunt Showdown, on his PC. I immediately noticed that the game, with graphics settings maxed out at 1080p, looked gorgeous, despite the fact that he was using a cheap desktop monitor. This same game, on my $2K PC looks really weird, and has major graphics issues, which are not present at all on his PC. For example, trees flicker like crazy when moving the mouse, textures and lines are extremely warped, the environment doesnt appear bright, just very dim, water reflections have distortions/bugs, and so on. 2 weeks later, and alot of things have happened. Ive formatted my PC several times and reinstalled drivers, optimized my settings, and tried every software advice on the planet. No kind of settings on the monitor or windows, or even in game, fixed this issue. Frustrated, in that 2 weeks I purchased every component in my PC over again, one by one, replacing them to see if it fixes anything. Nothing has worked. And yes, when I say Ive replaced every part of my PC, I mean it. Ive replaced the motherboard, gpu, cpu, ssd, hdd, psu, and ram. Ive tried out 2 other monitors. All with no results. Ive replaced all cables but one, the psu to mobo 24 pin cable. I want to stress that ive made certain that all my components are properly installed, and the wires are all plugged in ALL the way, and are in the right place. Im completely stumped, and desperate for a solution. My PSU is a 750 Watt gold rated psu from evga, and im wondering if maybe this isnt enough wattage for my system. Thats about the last thing I can think of trying. I would really, really appreciate your inputs.

Solution
those weird texture glitches,hmm... that would be screen space reflections, alpha blending is failing
ray tracing is not enabled as i can see SSR runnin on water, try to enable it if game supports it, it could solve that
you should probably talk with game devs or nvidia about it...it could be driver or game engine bug

for teh trees, that would be antialiasing setting

Do that. Some games(especially newer ones) have texture issues when installed on slow drives. Seagate doesn't actually have a 5700 rpm drive they go from 5400 to 5900 but either way it's slow.

I downloaded the game onto the ssd, and unfortunately the issues are still there :[

ive taken a video, and I tried to show as many bugs as possible.

in the video you can see the blurriness that happens when I start walking or running, the flickering of the trees when moving the mouse, the strange/distorted reflections of plants close to the water, the weird textures and lines that are not straight but look distorted and zigzaggy, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions!! I realize now that some of these bugs happen for other people too, especially the weird reflections. However, the game looking like crap on my pc seems to be due to my monitor being bad. I tried another 1080p monitor, and the game still had similar bugs, but looked miiiles better. It seems my monitor was damaged somehow
